It records a request reference, submission time, and the time and version of your contact consent. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or passwords.
Why we use it
We use these details to review your enquiry, contact you by email or phone about that request, discuss a proposal and manage any resulting relationship. The form asks for your consent to this contact and processing. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise unrelated promotional messages. Where applicable, processing may also be necessary to take requested steps before a contract, perform a contract or meet a legal obligation.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 only with your permission, selected in the cookie banner or Cookie settings in the footer. It measures visits, links and audit-form interactions. Analytics does not receive your form answers, name, email address or phone number. A separate advertising choice controls Google advertising measurement and personalization through Consent Mode v2. You can change or withdraw either permission at any time through Cookie settings.
Technical information
The hosting infrastructure processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site. Submission limits help prevent abuse when forms are enabled.
Who may receive information
Access is limited to the BlueAds team handling your request and providers supporting hosting, CRM and email delivery. This preview is hosted on Vercel. Contact support@blueads.ro for information about the providers and processing arrangements applicable to your request.
External media
External media is available without a separate permissions prompt. YouTube interviews and reference videos load when you choose to play them. The OpenStreetMap embed loads as you approach the map. Loading a provider’s content sends technical information to that provider and may allow its cookies or similar technologies. Providers apply their own privacy policies. Storage and retention
When submission is enabled, requests are sent to the BlueAds CRM and configured email providers. The website has no permanent enquiry database. You may contact support@blueads.ro to ask about retention or request deletion of your data.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and any lawful exceptions, you can request access to your information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy or transfer of your data. You may withdraw contact consent by emailing us; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We may need information to verify your identity before acting. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

Email support@blueads.ro with “Privacy request, Romania website” in the subject. Describe your request and include your audit reference if available. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request a necessary verification step.
